Scope of Services Included:
As part of our full-service management package, we will provide the following services:
Leasing & Marketing: Marketing vacant units, conducting tenant screenings, and
managing lease agreements.
• Tenant Relations: Handling communication, tenant complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Rent Collection: Ensuring timely rent payments and addressing overdue accounts.
• Property Maintenance: Managing regular inspections and handling maintenance
requests.
• Financial Reporting: Providing detailed monthly reports on property income, expenses,
and any other relevant financial information.
• Vendor Coordination: Managing third-party service providers to ensure competitive
pricing and quality work.
• Free Eviction Management & Consultation: Should an eviction be required, we will
handle the eviction process at no additional charge beyond the professional attorney fees.
This includes attending all eviction hearings and providing consultation throughout the
process to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution.

• Maintenance Coordination: Comprehensive support to facilitate and coordinate all
maintenance needs—whether handled by SI Associates or an outside service provider of
your choice.
​Important Note:
While the Tech Fee includes maintenance coordination and inspections, actual repairs and labor
costs are billed separately. Clients can opt to use SI Associates for maintenance services or
coordinate with their own vendors.
